Starting its journey as a local and family-owned business, Catalpa Street Garage was established in the late 1970s on Catalpa Street in Santa Cruz. We originally specialized exclusively in BMW vehicles but have since expanded our scope of specialty services.
Known locally as the oldest BMW, Mini, Tesla, and EV speciality shop in the area, Catalpa Street Garage quickly earned a reputation for expertise and quality service. In the mid-1990s, Catalpa Street Garage expanded its focus to include both BMW and MINI Cooper models. In 2021, our expert team further broadened its service offerings to encompass Tesla, other electric vehicle (EV) models, as well as classic cars and hot rods, continuing our tradition of specialized, high-quality automotive care.
